In the SPC Reference the 2 conductors are shielded and then surrounded by several air insulation tubes, plus a copper wrap shielding before the outer shield is applied which contains tourmaline.

The outside diameter is only 8,5 mm so this is not a difficult to use cable, it is discreet and easy to install in your system. The 2 conductors are 1.8mm thick.
